Ratio, proportion and rates of change
The most underrated section on the paper. At Foundation, Number and Ratio together account for around half the available marks, yet ratio usually gets a fraction of the revision time. Much of it is also the most directly useful maths on the course — speed, density, best buys and currency.
Weightings are approximate and vary slightly by board. They describe the whole tier rather than any single paper.
